Below are the four (4) types of Mental Wellness Experts available for your sessions:
Psychologists and Psychotherapy Experts*
If you reside outside the regions of Florida or New York in the United States, you can participate with any of our other experts.
For members in Florida and New York, as well as International members (where applicable) only, our Psychology and Psychotherapy Experts will:
- Provide you with guidance to dealing with personal challenges.
- Help you modify behaviors and thought patterns that may be causing distress or hindering progress.
- Teach you coping strategies and techniques to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.
- Collaborate with you to recognize your capacity for personal growth.
Meditation and Somatic Body Work Experts
- Help facilitate your awareness of how emotions and stress manifest physically and promote healing through body awareness.
- Assist in your processing and releasing trauma stored in the emotional body through awareness and movement practices.
- Teach you meditation techniques to calm the mind.
- Guide you in developing present-moment awareness and non-judgmental observation of thoughts and sensations.
Emotional Wellness Experts
- Explore how your past experiences may have influence on your emotional triggers, as our reactions are sometimes shaped by past events or traumas.
- Encourage personal growth and development by helping you recognize and challenge limiting beliefs.
- Aid in the growth of your self-awareness by identifying patterns that impact your thoughts and behaviors.
- Help expand your sense of emotional balance and fulfillment in life.
Parent, Couple and Family Experts
- Help to address challenges and explore conflict resolution strategies.
- Aid in navigating major and minor life changes by learning effective communication skills.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries within the family, which are crucial for respecting individual autonomy while fostering a sense of connectedness.

Meet The Team
Rachelle Block
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Founder, and Mental Health Concierge
Rachelle received her bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Florida and her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Her professional work experience in the mental health field spans more than two decades which has lead her to embrace the combination of traditional clinical therapy approaches and holistic mental health therapeutic modalities. Rachelle is one of the mental health concierges for the Wise Folk Clinic.
Dr. Ronnie Block, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Ronnie Block is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience practicing in Florida. She works with adults, couples, and families on issues such as mood disorders, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties, women’s issues, grief, and life transitions. Dr. Block’s eclectic approach combines techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Known for her nurturing, compassionate, and nonjudgmental style, she helps clients build strengths, enhance coping strategies, and improve relationships. Dr. Block is a mental health professional at the Wise Folk Clinic.
