Wise Folk Clinic’s virtual clinic experience is meant to help you learn to feel, process, and transform your emotions rather than solely intellectualizing them.
Your Virtual Clinic Experience will include:
$396 per session
Meet with your Mental Health Concierge for a single consultation at the beginning of your membership subscription. This consultation session is in addition to your monthly sessions and serves as a separate bonus session during your first month of subscription. During this session, you can ask questions and decide on the appropriate Guides to meet your needs. Additionally, your Mental Health Concierge will oversee your case with your chosen Guides.
From our list of Guides, you can choose to be seen by one Guide per session. You have the flexibility to see the same Guide for each session or change to a different Guide for subsequent sessions.
- Exploring your responses to life situations.
- Identifying, feeling, and processing your emotions.
- Examining your attachments to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- Integrating new skills into your life.
- Post-session recap notes allowing you to review a summary of information covered in your session, accessible in your Simple Practice profile.
